Hippocratic AI was founded in February 2023 with a mission to close the gap on the worldwide shortage on healthcare staffing. We have had a productive period since our founding. Guided by our core values, the company has demonstrated strong customer traction, receivedpositive patient feedback, secured a patent for our safety architecture, and much more.

My experience with Dotsquares’ hiring process was one of the worst I’ve encountered. The entire process lacked professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy. Abrupt changes in interview schedules it felt like there was no respect for the candidates. Communication was poor and often non-existent. After clearing multiple rounds, I was asked to urgently travel to their Jaipur office for a final face-to-face discussion and asked to submit all my documents. Despite making the trip from out of town, I received no update for two days after F2F and only to be abruptly informed later that I wasn’t shortlisted. If this is how they treat potential employees, it certainly raises concerns about how they operate internally and respect for candidate's time and efforts. I sincerely hope Dotsquares takes feedback seriously and works on improving their recruitment process, not just to attract talent, but to retain their reputation in the industry.
